Hello

Hello, I’m Hayley.

I’m the face behind Pivot Nutrition - an MNU-certified nutritionist with a strong science background and a genuine passion for helping people achieve meaningful, lasting results.

At Pivot Nutrition, I work with two key groups: those who want fast, focused fat loss through aggressive dieting, and women over 40 who want to age well, stay strong, and protect their long-term health.

I believe nutrition should be evidence-based, clear, and practical - not confusing or overcomplicated. Whether your goal is rapid fat loss or improving strength, mobility, and quality of life as you age, my role is to guide you with structure, honesty, and supportive coaching every step of the way.

My Story

My journey into nutrition is rooted in both science and real life. I hold a Biomedical Science degree (2:1) and have spent over 25 years working across pharmaceuticals and wellbeing, which gave me a deep understanding of how the body works - and how lifestyle choices impact health over time.

I later completed a year-long, evidence-based Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Nutrition Sciences, graduating as an MNU-certified nutritionist with distinction. This training strengthened my belief that effective nutrition should always be grounded in science, not trends or extremes.

After taking a few years away from my career to raise my three children, I returned with a renewed focus and a clear mission: to help people get results without dieting forever, and to support healthy ageing so people can remain strong, independent, and confident as they get older.

I specialise in aggressive dieting for fast fat loss - because very few people want to spend months or years dieting - alongside nutrition strategies that support healthy ageing, including maintaining muscle, reducing osteoporosis risk,  lowering the risk of falls, and improving immunity.

At 50 myself, I understand the physical changes that come with age, and I’m passionate about helping others maximise their quality of life. I’m known for being approachable, supportive, and easy to talk to - something that meant a great deal to me when I was voted “Friendliest Face” by my MNU tutors and peers.

My role is simple: to support you as fully as I can, with evidence-based advice, clear direction, and genuine encouragement - whatever stage you’re at.

If you’d like more information about my services or want to explore whether we can work together, I’d love to hear from you.
