Pivot Nutrition provides evidence-based nutrition consultations and structured nutrition programmes designed to support healthy ageing, fat loss, and general wellbeing.

Services are delivered by Hayley, an MNU Certified Nutritionist with a Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Nutrition Sciences.

Appointments are available:

• Online

• Face-to-face in Swansea or surrounding areas

Nutrition consultations provide guidance and education but do not replace medical advice from a doctor or healthcare professional.

Pivot Nutrition currently offers the following services:

Individual Appointments

• Initial Nutrition Consultation — £125

• Follow-Up Consultation — £80

Nutrition Programmes

• Healthy Ageing Programme — £180

• Rapid Fat Loss Programme — £250

• Weight Loss Injection Nutrition Support — £180

Additional Service

• Free 15-Minute Discovery Call

Follow-up consultations may also be booked individually when additional support is required.

Packages include consultations as part of the programme price.

• Nutrition guidance to support individuals using weight loss medications

Programmes may also include additional written resources.

Typical appointment durations are:

Initial consultation — approximately 120 minutes
Follow-up consultation — approximately 60-90 minutes
Discovery call — approximately 15 minutes

Actual appointment times may vary slightly depending on the individual.

Appointments and programmes must be booked through the website booking system.

Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure an appointment.

Prices listed on the website are correct at the time of booking but may be updated periodically.

Programmes must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Any unused sessions after this time may expire and cannot be guaranteed.

Appointments may be rescheduled with the following notice:

Face-to-face appointments — minimum 48 hours notice

Online appointments — minimum 24 hours notice

Appointments can be rescheduled through the booking system or by contacting Pivot Nutrition.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being forfeited.

Due to the nature of nutrition services, refunds are not normally offered once an appointment or programme has been booked.

In exceptional circumstances refunds may be considered at the discretion of Pivot Nutrition.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

• Medical history

• Current medications

• Dietary restrictions

• Relevant health conditions

Clients should consult their GP before making significant dietary changes if they have any medical concerns.

Pivot Nutrition services are not suitable for:

• Individuals with active eating disorders

• Pregnant women 

• Individuals with Coeliac Disease

• Individuals with Inflammatory Bowel Disease

• Individuals with Epilepsy

If appropriate, clients may be advised to seek additional medical guidance.

Nutrition advice is based on current evidence and professional knowledge. However, results cannot be guaranteed and vary between individuals.

Pivot Nutrition cannot accept responsibility for outcomes resulting from failure to follow guidance provided.

Professional services are covered by professional indemnity insurance through:
